Key Responsibilities

•Lead BESS commercial activities and team, establishing a deep understanding of wholesale power and battery storage markets.
•Define route-to-market strategy and advise on negotiation and structuring of trading contracts to optimize revenue streams.
•Build internal market intelligence and modelling capabilities to reduce reliance on external market advisors.
•Develop monetisation strategies, including country-specific approaches that account for risk and other commercial considerations.
•Manage subordinates and provide analysis and management reporting to senior management across project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or an energy/sustainability-related field.
