Build and scale a governed innovation pipeline across HSBC’s Hong Kong entities and brands, including Hang Seng Bank, working with the Hong Kong CIO leadership team. Lead ecosystem and AI partnerships that convert external collaboration into measurable customer value, efficiency, and growth—moving opportunities from identification to pilots and scaled deployment. Own senior external relationships, represent Hong Kong in group AI partnerships, run innovation challenges, and translate market/regulatory developments for senior stakeholders.
