Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the exchange field and expanding user growth promotion channels
  • •Maintain and optimize channel cooperation support and processes, increase channel output, and coordinate to resolve issues
  • •Meet the performance indicators established by the team based on market situation and company strategy
  • •Actively participate in industry activities to monitor user growth opportunities and continuously explore new cooperation resources
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user growth and channel development in the Greater China region
