Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of drivers to move auction vehicles safely, efficiently, and accurately throughout the lot or other locations as dispatched.
  • •Track each vehicle with its lot location using tools and technology, and manage vehicle flow with a mobile device.
  • •Assist the supervisor by directing employee work, communicating schedules and assignments, and orienting new drivers.
  • •Shuttle employees to and from auxiliary parking lots on sale days and transport employees to remote sites with inventoried vehicles.
  • •Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the van, including cleaning, fueling, and checking lubricants/accessories.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., changing flat tires, checking fluids, jump starting).
