Key Responsibilities

•Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team.
•Ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed according to clinical standards.
•Develop employees and create an environment for team engagement to improve patient care experiences.
•Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources cost-effectively to enhance safe patient care.
•Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to support continuous quality improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.
•At least 5 years’ nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital/clinic.
•Ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, evaluation).
•Proficiency in applying the nursing scope of practices within the regulatory framework.
•Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications, plus strong written and verbal communication in English.
