Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key liaison between the developer and the brand, coordinating customization of residences in line with client requirements under the supervision of the design team.
  • •Set up and lead the overall project execution plan, including critical success factors and KPIs, and ensure project compliance with brand requirements.
  • •Implement controls and reporting for quality, health and safety, compliance, change, risk, and environmental issues.
  • •Prepare and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or P6, including baselines, dependency and critical path analysis, and progress tracking and reporting.
  • •Lead the overall project team and manage end-to-end procurement (RFP/tender requirements, evaluation, interviews, and appointment recommendations), including coordinating permitting and statutory submissions and monitoring finances vs budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering) or equivalent.
  • •At least 5 years of construction and project management related experience.
  • •Experience delivering luxury residential projects in Spain from feasibility through handover.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • •Competent using Microsoft suite tools including Project, Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
