Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/CDO/CRO and business/product/technology stakeholders.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable, production-ready data and AI solutions for forecasting and predictive modeling.
  • •Design end-to-end architectures spanning data platforms, analytics, ML/GenAI, applications, APIs, governance, and integrations.
  • •Lead and challenge advanced forecasting and predictive-modeling approaches, ensuring point-in-time correctness and preventing data leakage.
  • •Lead architecture workshops, executive readouts, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while supporting proposals and knowledge transfer/handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of applied forecasting and data domain experience.
  • •Lead at least two comparable forecasting engagements from discovery through production/handover.
  • •Expert-level multivariable regression expertise including collinearity analysis (VIF), model tuning/selection, and holdout validation.
  • •Strong understanding of sparse and zero-inflated datasets, including handling nulls correctly and explaining why nulls can’t be treated as zero.
  • •Strong Python and SQL skills with experience creating reproducible analytical workflows/notebooks; experience with Git and pull-request-based delivery.
