  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing HR Business Partner team by setting measurable objectives aligned to business goals.
  • •Define and implement strategic talent management and performance management programs, using HR metrics to guide decisions and coach department managers.
  • •Serve as a consultative thought partner to leadership on employee engagement, career pathing, and equitable compensation; stay informed on competitive landscape and recommend changes.
  • •Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; address employee relations issues, support investigations, and mitigate legal risk.
  • •Lead change initiatives and support organizational transformation by communicating impacts to employees, monitoring effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar) with strategic HR initiatives across career development, engagement/retention, performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation.
  • •1+ years of experience mentoring colleagues on HR Business Partner best practices.
  • •Strong judgment and ability to handle complex situations with maturity, flexibility, and sound decision-making.
  • •Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships across organizational levels, with effective collaboration and influence.
  • •Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws and regulations, including ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and wage and hour laws.
