Key Responsibilities

  • •Spend 100% of time in operations, acting as reviewer and improving process quality; perform inputter duties as required.
  • •Support Corporate Trust & Loan Agency across US, Europe, MENAT and APAC for multiple clients; establish and maintain client relationships and identify service improvements.
  • •Coordinate with team to ensure UAT testing is completed within deadlines; manage BAU deliverables and cross-training to build bench strength.
  • •Ensure escalation processes are in place; analyze issues and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence; maintain audit readiness and compliance with policies.
  • •Drive awareness of new policies and ensure timely completion of mandatory training; publish MI/reports accurately.
