Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including artist management, NDAs, vendor/service provider, licensing, venue, clearance, and sponsorship contracts. Coordinate contract negotiations with business teams and outside counsel, maintain and update internal contract templates, and manage the contract process with regular status updates.
