Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Water Resources Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering (or related).
  • •Registered Professional Engineer and member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), or eligible for registration.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in hydraulic design for hydropower developments, hydraulic modeling, and dam safety engineering.
  • •Strong working knowledge of the HEC software suite (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, etc.).
  • •Fluency in French (written and spoken) plus strong technical report writing and communication skills.
