Lead boutique operations in partnership with the Store Manager by managing and developing your team, driving sales targets within your departments, and strengthening clienteling and customer experience. Build and execute departmental business plans, support complex sales and complaints, and monitor performance indicators. Oversee floor coverage and collaborate with operations and visual merchandising to improve in-store processes and end-to-end execution.
