  • •Foster a client culture by supporting client discovery, improving client loyalty, and sharing best practices on clienteling activities.

  • •Handle department buying by proposing strategies to store management based on past performance analysis, client feedback, and market trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferably with a hospitality or fashion management focus.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
  • •Strong management career, preferably with international and luxury fashion retail experience.
  • •Proficient with Excel / IT tools.
  • •Excellent leadership and communication, with customer service orientation and ability to lead and motivate a team.
