Identify cost variances and trends, implement corrective actions to protect financial targets, and support timely project delivery. Partner with project teams to build budgets and forecasts, review contractor/vendor invoices, and evaluate change orders. Use cost control tools to improve cost efficiency and provide guidance on cost-effective solutions, including HSE alignment.

•Develop cost control procedures and systems to monitor and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
•Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to set budgets, cost forecasts, and expenditure plans.
•Perform cost estimation and analysis for project components, materials, labor, and overhead.
•Track, analyze, and report project costs, highlighting variances and trends; implement corrective actions.
•Review invoices and change orders, negotiate as needed, and apply value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
