Job Summary

Work in a retail store environment to drive Pepperidge Farm thrift bakery and biscuit sales through suggestive selling, merchandising, and outstanding customer service. •Maintain merchandising strategy, including proper placement, neatness, and correct pricing/marking.
•Support store operations: protect company assets, perform opening/closing procedures, handle cash register duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
