Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and development of embedded software for IoT communication modules and edge gateway products (BLE, WiFi, 4G, etc.).
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver digital system solutions across tools/equipment, gateway, cloud, and mobile app subsystems.
  • •Support system integration testing (e.g., motor control/battery modules) and ensure software compatibility with hardware platforms.
  • •Perform white-box unit testing and work with software test engineers on back-box and qualification testing.
  • •Translate customer requirements into embedded software specifications, maintain documentation, and contribute to boot process, configuration, kernel module adjustments, and update mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information/Communication engineering or a related field (Master’s nice to have).
  • •8+ years of embedded BLE software development; C++ coding is a plus.
  • •Solid BLE stack knowledge, Bluetooth Core Specification experience, and RTOS experience.
  • •Familiar with WiFi and LTE, plus MQTT.
  • •Deep understanding of Embedded Linux and hardware-near programming, including BLE MCU experience (e.g., Nordic, Telink, Silicon Labs).
