Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor the Engines and APU Reliability Program, including short/long-term maintenance needs and modifications to optimize reliability and fleet readiness.
  • •Run day-to-day technical assessment work for power plants: collect data, review performance, analyze requests, report results, and implement corrective measures.
  • •Support the Head of Engineering with procedures/specifications and EOS related to the propulsion reliability program.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting using technical performance reports; identify trends and investigations and drive recommendations into the AMP with evidence and justification.
  • •Review service bulletins and ADs, evaluate services and business cases for CAMO approval, draft engineering orders, coordinate repair scope/maintenance plans, and support OEM/manufacturer engagement as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Aircraft Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical) or an equivalent higher diploma/certificate plus relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of collective aviation industry experience, including exposure with Airbus 320 preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience with power plant/engine and APU work, including CFM56/5B and APIC/GTCP 131-9A APUs.
  • •Experience with aircraft airworthiness programs and regulations (including CAMO requirements).
  • •Strong ability to use technology systems/tools and produce engineering reports (including Microsoft suite, MRO systems, and web search).
