Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role.
  • •Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, including live coding, debugging, and building solutions.
  • •Expertise designing distributed data systems architectures (scalable pipelines, streaming architectures, lakehouse patterns, cloud-native data platforms).
  • •Proficiency on the Databricks Platform (or ability to achieve proficiency rapidly) with developing specialization in an area such as streaming, ML/AI, governance, or migrations.
  • •Ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders (whiteboarding, design reviews, trade-off analysis).
