Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • •Facilitate budget and forecast activities by gathering inputs, reviewing assumptions, and preparing financial summaries.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts, budgets, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Analyze financial results, operating metrics, spend trends, and KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • •Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities (accruals, reclasses, forecast-to-actual) and support leadership reporting and ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
  • •Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • •Experience with financial systems, planning tools, or ERP/reporting platforms (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles (preferred).
