  • •Run continuous tracking across website traffic, social engagement, newsletter metrics, and audio/podcast performance to support optimization.
  • •Monitor subscription and membership growth and key conversion funnels, evaluating content that drives conversion for consumer revenue initiatives.
  • •Serve as an operational interface with global engineering/product/platform teams to troubleshoot technical anomalies and support deployment of new brand features.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in media/entertainment, digital advertising agency, or online marketing/publishing, with a solid understanding of online business models and strategies.
  • •Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • •Audience development expertise with deep understanding of editorial SEO, social, newsletters, video, and other platforms.
  • •Experience partnering with Product, Editorial, Data and Commercial to support audience development.
  • •Detailed knowledge of major web analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics, plus SEO best practices.
