Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, assigning work and balancing capacity across concurrent efforts.
  • •Drive product-delivery cadence and project-management discipline across product delivery teams, ensuring increments, reviews, and acceptance criteria are executed consistently.
  • •Establish and maintain BA standards, templates, and quality across requirements, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Translate mission stakeholders’ business and technical needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • •Manage outreach, adoption, and rollout communications for delivered capabilities, coordinating demos and training to reach enterprise users.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Active Secret clearance required; must be TS/SCI eligible.
  • •Proven leadership of business analysis/delivery across multiple concurrent efforts, including requirements elicitation and backlog management.
  • •Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile/SPM.
