Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality, scalable backend software aligned to team and business goals while keeping customer outcomes front of mind.
•Transition from monolithic architecture to modern microservices to remove delivery bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
•Build and operate production cloud services using C#, .NET Core, and AWS.
•Resolve complex legacy problems, database scalability challenges, and modernize service interfaces/APIs.
•Automate manual processes and apply test-driven and trunk-based development practices, partnering on planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proficient backend development experience with one or more languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Go.

•Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to manage internal stakeholders like a technical product partner.
