Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the global engineering team to create and review complete valve design packages, including 3D part/assembly models, 2D drawings, and engineering BOMs.
  • •Verify designs using hand calculations and/or FEA/CFD analysis.
  • •Define and support validation testing, preparing analysis reports and equipment specifications.
  • •Communicate design details to project stakeholders and prepare/maintain design documentation for gate reviews.
  • •Prepare technical files for product certifications and support sales/marketing with technical documentation such as IOMs, brochures, and TDS.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in new product design and development with hands-on design verification using tools such as GD&T, DFMEA, and engineering calculations.
  • •Knowledge of international valve-related standards including ASME, API, EN, ISO (PED), and BS valve standards.
  • •Hands-on experience with design and certification standards such as EN 12516, ASME B16.34, API 609, ISO15848, and API 607.
  • •Strong CAD experience using tools such as Inventor, AutoCAD, and Solidworks.
  • •Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in industrial valves; plus strong communication and organization skills.
