Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary focal for SERT, the liaison between Manufacturing Ops and Supplier Engineering Quality to protect the factory from supplier-caused line downs.
  • •Lead excursion response by evaluating supplier performance/capabilities and driving continuous improvement opportunities at supplier sites.
  • •Lead quality problem resolutions and incident management, driving root cause, correction, and broad-based systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.
  • •Adjudicate and document quality issues using enterprise-wide software, including Containment, Root Cause, Corrective Action, and Corrective Action Verification through 8D.
  • •Help train suppliers, engage in process audits, and support developing/documenting/executing the worldwide Quality Management System and industry-standard documentation.
