Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, document, implement, control, and update all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, budgets, buyout, subcontractors, permits, safety and quality plans, progress reporting, and close-out.
  • •Lead owner meetings and internal meetings; produce meeting minutes and schedule of values, and provide progress/status updates.
  • •Manage project risks to assure completion on time and on budget, and select/manage subcontractors and suppliers needed to execute the project.
  • •Handle project cash-flow management, including progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.
  • •Ensure quality standards are maintained and maintain customer satisfaction through issue investigation, corrective action, and clear communication with customers and field support staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Independently prioritize and manage time in a disciplined, productive manner.
  • •Maintain the highest levels of ethics, trust, and personal responsibility.
  • •Preferred: OSHA 30 (OSHA 10 minimum).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI in the previous 5 years).
