Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and prioritize partner opportunities using evidence from named customers/partners, defining buyer, use case, deployment model, commercial route, and friction to remove.
  • •Develop decision-ready business cases covering expected outcomes, investment, cost to operate, opportunity cost, and success measurement; recommend build/enable/deliver/decline.
  • •Define and deliver partner-ready offers by translating partner requirements into product needs across integrations, installation/upgrades/rollback, licensing/entitlements, reporting/audit evidence, documentation, training, support, and escalation.
  • •Design validation and pilot engagements with success criteria and exit decisions; test the delivery path end to end and measure metrics such as time to first customer success and required engineering intervention.
  • •Lead the lifecycle and feedback loop for partner-facing cloud/marketplace/platform offers, coordinating cross-functional plans and feeding evidence from pilots, deployments, support, and partner feedback into roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years in product management or technical product management with full-lifecycle ownership of complex B2B product/platform capabilities.
  • •Technical fluency with enterprise platforms including APIs, integrations, cloud/hybrid deployment, and release/upgrade processes.
  • •Experience productizing for delivery through systems integrators, managed service providers, hyperscalers, or channel partner/marketplace programs.
  • •Ability to travel approximately 15–25% and have unrestricted work authorization for the applicable country of employment.
