Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, provide technical consultancy, and deliver on-site and web-based presentations for staff and key customers; prepare solution designs, RFP responses, competitive comparisons and technical documentation
  • •Lead the development of complex technical solutions including servers, storage, SDS, virtualization, containers and cloud designs, as well as backup and monitoring systems
  • •Lead a team of PSE & Support Engineers responsible for the installation base of Server Systems, SDS solutions and AI clusters across multiple countries
  • •Regularly present Server-storage solutions to partners and end-customers and build, demonstrate and troubleshoot Proof of Concept systems
  • •Educate PSE & PLSM staff and key customers on new product specifics and vendor-provided solutions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience with a system integrator, either distributor or vendor
  • •Deep understanding of modern IT technologies and trends (servers, storage, virtualization, container, backup, cloud, HPC, SDS, HCI, AI designs, Linux operating systems, databases, networking or security)
  • •Hands-on experience with servers and storage systems from at least one A-brand hardware leading manufacturers (e.g., Dell EMC, HPE, Nvidia, SuperMicro, Lenovo, IBM, Hitachi Vantara, NetApp, Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
  • •Knowledge of leading virtualization technologies (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix) and containerized approaches with vendor certifications is a strong plus
  • •Fluent English, Ukrainian/Russian language is a plus
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills; team leadership and ability to solve complex tasks independently
  • •Experience in international/installation/cluster deployment environments is a strong plus
  • •Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly with new IT market approaches
  • •Willingness to work in a team and lead a Tech. Team to solve complex tasks
  • •Willingness to multitask and meet tight project deadlines
