Drive supplier- and supply-chain solutions to improve factory manufacturing availability and tool uptime. Lead disciplined, data- and model-based problem solving to identify module output/performance gaps, engage and escalate with OEM suppliers, and close quality and safety issues through approaches like 8D. •Improve factory manufacturing availability by resolving limiting toolset issues, including long tool down recovery.
•Manage supplier-related quality and safety issues, including site Material Quality Incident (MQI) closure performance.
•Chair or lead 8D work with suppliers and modules to close root causes and prevention plans.
•Establish control standards and monitor performance to ensure supply chain excellence and minimize quality variability.
•Work with factory modules and leadership to improve cost structures, meet contract performance, and identify cost-saving contracting opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 4+ or PhD with 2+).
•Experience with advanced manufacturing processes and problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, PCSA, or 8D.
•Strong ability to drive supplier accountability, develop quality standards, and implement process improvements.
•Expertise in root cause analysis and KPI development to track supply chain performance.
•Data fluency using manufacturing system analysis tools, database queries, MS Power BI, and data visualizations for tactical or strategic action.
