Manage template accuracy through versioning, taxonomy, metadata, and ongoing audits/refactors, partnering closely with engineering and the legal team to tighten requirements and QA loops as output scales 5–10x.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate legal drafts into structured CMS content models.
•Build modular content blocks, clauses, and conditional logic for questionnaire-driven agreement flows.
•Design branching question flows with dependencies, conditions, and exclusions to generate the correct final document.
•Manage template accuracy end to end, from legal draft through the published flow.
•Drive template output targets as production scales, using AI tools to accelerate construction and QA while partnering with legal to close review loops.

•2+ years in technical content management, content operations, document automation, or a similar hands-on role.
•Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms, including content models, collections, fields, relationships, conditional logic, and versioning.
•Ability to read and work fluently with legal documents, including clauses and how conditions interact (formal legal training not required).
•Ability to break complex documents or flows into modular blocks and conditional rules.
•Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to boost personal efficiency.
