Job Summary

Supervise teams of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, ensuring safe vehicle movement and consistent production and quality targets. You’ll oversee daily workflows, coach and develop team members, prevent conflicts, and monitor adherence to systems, policies, and standards. Lead training using Quality Control methods to complete repairs correctly the first time, and review/approve mechanical and physical defects to decide whether to repair or reject inventory.

•Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
•Coach and manage performance of assigned associates, providing feedback and demonstrating desired skills.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead decisions to repair or reject based on estimated cost and vehicle quality.
•Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays.

•Experience using computers.
