Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and implementation of strategic asset management frameworks for infrastructure and other sectors.
  • •Provide technical leadership on complex projects using risk-based decision-making, whole-life asset planning, information management, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Lead analytical staff and technical experts to inform long-term capital investment programmes.
  • •Advise clients on current asset management practices, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state asset management approaches.
  • •Lead and manage multidisciplinary advisory projects, tenders, and technology integration to deliver on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in asset management and management consultancy/advisory, with a track record leading strategy development and complex client assignments.
  • •Strong understanding of asset management practices and theory, and how to apply them to business strategy across multiple sectors.
  • •Expertise in ISO 55000, asset lifecycle planning, investment planning, risk-based asset management strategies, and digital transformation in asset management.
  • •Experience configuring or specifying Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Decision Support Tools (DSTs).
  • •Professional registration (e.g., Chartered or Incorporated) and a BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
