•Lead Premier Elite marketing in Hong Kong, reinforcing a premium brand image for HNW audiences and driving measurable growth.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Propositions, Distribution, WPS, DACRM, Legal, Compliance) and external agencies to take ideas from strategy to execution.
•Drive quality acquisition by designing and executing acquisition campaigns for HNW segments (e.g., upgraders, new-to-bank, member-get-member).
•Deepen wealth penetration and product take-up through wealth-led marketing communications and customer journey design.
•Commercialize investments, insurance, wealth solutions, and digital capabilities; create premium content experiences and manage lifestyle events and partnerships end-to-end.

Key Requirements

•Marketing experience within premium banking/wealth, luxury, lifestyle, or other high-consideration categories targeting HNW/affluent segments.
•Proven track record delivering measurable growth across acquisition and engagement.
•Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
•Experience commercializing complex propositions (e.g., investments and insurance, wealth solutions) with compliant customer journeys.
•Experience managing premium events and partnerships end-to-end, with strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
