Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS.
  • •Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • •Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
  • •Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (or related) with 5–7 years of relevant and overall experience.
  • •Knowledge of equipment criticality and risk-based maintenance approaches such as FMECA and REM, plus Root Cause Analysis.
  • •Knowledge of applicable engineering systems (e.g., LV/MV electrical, HVAC, Special Systems, Instrumentation & Control, Structural, Airfield).
  • •Good understanding of Maximo CMMS from a user perspective.
  • •Certification in reliability/maintenance engineering (e.g., CMRP, CRE) is an added advantage.
