Deliver outstanding customer experiences during Crocs’ busiest seasonal periods by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model. Support multiple store functions including POS system operations, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities. Partner with store management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies, while serving as a brand ambassador.
