Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a central contact for the Manufacturing network, calculating and presenting capital impacts of process changes to senior leaders in manufacturing and R&D.
  • •Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site/tool level optimization studies for efficiency improvement.
  • •Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps and calculate network capacity impacts of process changes.
  • •Perform financial analysis before new capital equipment purchases, including metrics optimization, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose.
  • •Verify capacity modeling accuracy after the IE bottom-up estimation process and drive improvement opportunities for existing constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative/business field; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Semiconductor Capacity Planning.
  • •Ability to turn sophisticated, ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions in a highly multi-functional environment.
  • •Experience operating independently with a high degree of organization, control, and change.
  • •Preferred: analyze and interpret data, define recommended actions, and report results across technical and non-technical groups.
