•Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze root causes, and propose practical improvement actions.
•Follow up on logistics exceptions and drive closed-loop issue resolution with internal teams and logistics partners.
•Support improvements to KPI definitions, quality control rules, and exception-handling processes.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, operations analysis, or strategy analysis.
•Strong data analysis skills to identify problems, analyze root causes, and drive improvements through data.
•Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics fulfillment.
•Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate with partners and internal teams.
•Fast learner, hands-on, results-driven mindset.
