Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deploy the Engineering and technology strategy for the PSS segment aligned with growth ambitions and the business plan.
  • •Develop and run an Engineering performance plan to improve team maturity, processes, practices, and tools.
  • •Drive innovation initiatives, including using AI, to accelerate transformation and strengthen competitiveness.
  • •Set talent/skills development and staffing strategy to anticipate needs related to new technologies.
  • •Ensure successful execution of product roadmaps and customer projects within quality, cost, and deadline commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent).
  • •Strong experience managing Engineering organizations, ideally in complex industrial or technology environments.
  • •Ability to define and lead technology and innovation strategies, and drive continuous improvement (Lean Engineering).
  • •Experience managing engineering performance, budgets, transformation plans, and workforce/capability development.
  • •Proven ability to deliver product roadmaps and manage complex customer projects with quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
