Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and execute operations-focused directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team.
  • •Maintain safe and efficient operations through strong stockroom standards, move dynamically on the retail floor, and resolve client needs quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
