Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • •Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure equipment operation and environmental conditions meet prescribed requirements.
  • •Oversee and inspect outside contractor work for areas such as landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
  • •Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance while completing maintenance and repair records as required.
  • •Review work orders, estimate time/materials, order necessary supplies, maintain an energy management program and building lighting systems, and respond to emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least four years of related experience and/or trade school training.
  • •Additional certification in one or more of: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration, process controls, power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair (and any required local/state licenses).
  • •2+ years of extensive practical experience in Building Services.
  • •Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and communicate clearly; write routine reports and correspondence.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to perform physical requirements, including lifting/carrying 50+ lbs.
