Sr Maintenance Tech

Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds under limited supervision. Monitor building system operations, inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, and manage contractor work. Handle emergency and preventive maintenance, complete maintenance records, estimate work orders, order materials, maintain energy management and lighting systems, and support carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, welding, and locksmith tasks.
