Head Waiter (QA)

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for accurate delivery, and ensure dining areas are clean and presentable. Manage cash handling, support upselling, and complete key administrative tasks to keep service running smoothly.
