Asphalt Plant Laborer/ Groundman - Winston-Salem, NC

Assist the paving crew on roads and highways, with daily duties that vary by project and weather. Perform physical labor including stretching, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, shoveling, walking, standing, and squatting to support paving operations. Maintain reliable attendance and uphold company safety and performance standards while working as part of an asphalt paving team.
