Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate new/changed packaging requirements and lead packaging projects from concept to implementation with cross-functional teams.
  • •Plan and implement packaging projects with purchasing, R&D, production, quality and other departments, ensuring design, testing and validation of packaging solutions.
  • •Confirm and maintain Packaging BOM for new/changed products and implement necessary changes.
  • •Define Packaging process, standardization, automation, and drive continuous improvement in packaging.
  • •Draft and confirm product label content and layout to meet brand guidelines and collaborate to complete new product label workflow before production.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead packaging projects by planning, executing and obtaining cross-department buy-in to complete packaging design, testing and validation of solutions.
  • •Determine and maintain Packaging BOM for new/changed products and manage changes to existing BOM.
  • •Confirm packaging processes, standardization and automation, and pursue continuous improvement.
  • •Draft and confirm product label content and layout to align with brand rules and label guidance, collaborating with PS and plant planning teams to finish label workflow before production.
  • •Ensure all packaging and label changes comply with company brand management rules.
