IT Operations Specialist

Provide day-to-day IT support as the first point of contact for Unity employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS. Manage incidents and service requests in Freshservice using ITIL procedures, troubleshoot and escalate complex cases, and support collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace. Maintain end-user computing assets and basic networking infrastructure while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
