Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in every interaction, identifying needs, and delivering tailored financial wellness recommendations in person and over the phone.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals tied to sales and client acquisition.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and related deposit/lending products, supporting clients’ financial goals.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners, managing internal and external centers of influence to deepen and expand relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources, with sales experience prioritized.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort working with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
