Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and support Intel Test Platforms, including automated wafer test/process flow, integration flows, and Sort systems.
  • •Investigate and debug test platform failures with cross-functional teams across electrical, process, mechanical, optical, and software.
  • •Analyze test results and tool logs (including data mining scripts, statistical analysis, and correlation to circuitry or mechanical/optical systems) to detect and isolate issues.
  • •Provide escalation and coach technicians on debug activities; document investigations and create debug content (instruction manuals/videos).
  • •Project-manage new-product readiness (test methods, equipment upgrades/conversions) and ensure equipment performance/availability; manage spares portfolio and repair loops.
