Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Deliver exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry, using phone, in-person, and online ordering to help with questions and needs. Build strong customer relationships, prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, and identify opportunities to grow sales. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and ways of working, while also supporting merchandising and inventory tasks in a safe working environment.
