Job Summary

Develop and execute service project objectives for BMS/FAS/security-related sites, supporting day-to-day customer and operational requirements. Plan and handle on-site testing, commissioning, supervision, software programming, and documentation. Design and configure HVAC, CCTV, access control, security, and third-party systems, including technical submittals and compliance documentation. Support service growth through project execution, stakeholder management, pre-sales support, and testing/commissioning of BMS/FAS/security systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Support assigned project/contract sites for day-to-day customer and operational requirements, including team coordination and KPI management.
•Design, plan, and perform testing and commissioning on site for BMS, including supervision and software programming based on project documentation.
•Design and configure HVAC, CCTV, access control, security, and third-party systems; prepare submittals and maintain design documents throughout the project.
•Support service business growth through project execution and stakeholder management, including pre-sales support and technical leadership involvement.
•Perform testing and commissioning of BMS/FAS/security systems and prepare related technical submittals, method of statement, compliance statement, and OMM.

Key Requirements

•Engineering Bachelor Degree (Electrical / Mechanical).
•At least 2 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field.
•Project and logical knowledge of ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic.
•Project and A&A management of BMS/FAS/Security systems.
•Timely completion of project schedules and management of account sites.
