Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, align, and deploy best-known process integration methods to achieve product maturity and sustainable performance improvement.
  • •Drive product maturity targets including yield (bits per wafer) and product grades at the fastest speed and cycle of learning.
  • •Use in-depth knowledge of FEOL/MOL/CELL/BEOL processes to determine optimal integration solutions for the goal.
  • •Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, and Metrology teams to resolve top yield issues and develop inline transparency for fast yield ramp.
  • •Identify best known methods and business process from DRAM/NAND sites and standardize alignment across the network, including necessary travel for face-to-face collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a process-related role within the semiconductor industry.
  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process flows, including process interactions and how changes impact yield, device performance, and reliability.
  • •Solid understanding of DRAM and NAND operation and structure, with ability to analyze parametric, probe, and quality data across front-end and back-end assembly processes.
  • •Proven track record of identifying and resolving structure- and device-related issues using root-cause analysis.
