Site Manager

Manage a DashMart distribution center (5–15k sq ft) and lead the local warehouse operating team to ensure high-quality, efficient order fulfillment. Recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own day-to-day operations, scheduling, and labor budget, and drive site-level quality and metric goals (order accuracy and fulfillment speed). Use data to identify inefficiencies and execute process improvement projects while partnering cross-functionally with inventory and training teams.
