Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, manage, and drive a high-performing R2R function across the Kuala Lumpur Shared Service Centre with standardized service delivery.
  • •Own and deliver finance transition and continuous improvement projects, including planning, resourcing, knowledge transfer, readiness, and issue resolution.
  • •Continuously monitor internal controls, risk, and RACM with internal audit inputs; review policies and implement corrective actions.
  • •Lead performance improvements using KPIs and associated reports; accelerate and enhance month-end close accuracy while maintaining compliance.
  • •Manage and develop the R2R team, including target setting, recruitment, training, cross-training, succession planning, and performance feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Finance degree or professional qualification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a finance shared service centre.
  • •Experience leading and managing a team, including development and career management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of R2R processes, including controls and compliance requirements.
  • •Proven track record of using KPIs to improve performance and efficiency; able to operate at detailed and strategic levels.
