Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as liaison between the customer and the business unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding and delivery of applicable solutions.
  • •When necessary, work with customers to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
  • •Check and approve operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers on system operation and maintenance.
  • •Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation and oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • •Develop and support leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips, including hypothesis experiments and DOEs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years in semiconductor capital equipment or a similar high-tech industry.
  • •Preferred 5+ years’ experience in applications or process engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
  • •Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.
  • •Experience analyzing data with statistics and compiling conclusions for process engineering experiments.
